This site is operated by Kemcon, a fabric and furnishings manufacturer in Egypt, with its factory at Street 151, Industrial Zone 1, Obour and a showroom on Ahmed Fakhry Street, Nasr City, Cairo. You can reach us at kemcon@yahoo.com.

This website presents our products and capabilities and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, no price shown or quoted here is binding, and browsing creates no contract between us.

An enquiry, brief or configuration you submit is a request for us to get in touch. Any quotation we give in response is an indication until it is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both of us. Specifications, lead times and availability may change.

The configurator can generate an image suggesting how a fabric might look in a space, using an automated image service. What it produces is an illustration — not a specification, and not a sample.

Colour, texture, drape, scale and finish will differ from the real fabric, and screens vary in how they render colour. Please do not rely on a generated image when making a purchasing decision; ask us for a physical sample instead.

The tool is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, may limit how many images one visitor can generate, and may be withdrawn.

You keep ownership of the photographs and text you send us.

You give us permission to use them only to handle your enquiry, including passing them to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy for that purpose. We will not use them in marketing, on this website, or in any portfolio without asking you first.

By uploading, you confirm that you are entitled to do so, that the material infringes nobody else’s rights, and that it contains nothing confidential, unlawful or offensive. Please do not upload photographs of identifiable people.

Do not attempt to damage, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it. Do not scrape it systematically, misuse the forms to send unsolicited or fraudulent material, or use automated means to defeat the limits on the visualisation tool.

The text, images, fabric designs, photographs and layout of this site, and the Kemcon name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating us as a supplier. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

This site links to third-party services including WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the configurator, without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, and so far as the law allows: this site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data; and we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on a generated visualisation rather than on a physical sample.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data collected through this site, and forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you use the site is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
